Information we collect
- Enquiries: your name, role, organisation, email, phone number and message when you contact us.
- Orders: when you buy from us, the details needed to process your purchase and deliver your files or books, including a postal address for signed books. Payments will be handled securely by Stripe, so we do not see or store your card details.
- Consultancy documents: when you engage us for an agreed service, you may share care plans, risk assessments, staff documents, audits or other confidential records.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services or products you request.
- To manage our relationship with you, including invoices and service communication.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Confidential records shared for consultancy work
Records shared for an agreed consultancy service are handled securely and confidentially, and used only for the agreed purpose. We request only the information needed, and do not use it for any unrelated purpose. Retention and deletion are agreed with you before work begins.
As the care provider, you remain responsible for having the authority and lawful basis to share these records with us. Please do not share information that is not needed for the agreed work.
Where examples are used for learning, sample reports or marketing, they are anonymised.
